About Jenn
As a fitness coach and a high energy mother of two, my passion lies in living an active lifestyle and inspiring others to find the motivation to improve their fitness levels. I started my fitness journey after overworking in the Finance profession for over 10 years. The work stress and lack of self-care put me on a high-risk pregnancy bedrest, which resulted in tremendous weight gain, depression and poor health. I worked hard to get healthy and started strength training. My results inspired friends and family, which lead me to finding the passion for fitness, so I wanted to learn more.
I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into a profession, and had the opportunity to work at a well-established gym in Los Gatos for over two years, guided my diverse group of clients towards a healthier lifestyle. My family and I have recently moved to beautiful El Dorado Hills and I train clients out of the KrickFit gym.

There is no one size fits all workout program. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My training philosophy starts with the basics of functional movement, which is to improve client’s capacity of daily activities, whether it is getting out of pain, increase flexibility, ability to squat and reach, and injury prevention.
The most valuable way to spend your limited gym time is to work on your balance, posture, flexibility, endurance and strength, as foundation of lifelong health.
