What We Offer

Functional training to help you integrate movement patterns for daily life, like pushing, pulling, and squatting. We focus on training that has a purpose, including how to properly pick things up, preparing to compete in a sport, or simply anything that helps you move well. It will give you the strength, stability and mobility you need to thrive in life.

1-1 Training

 

One-on-one coaching is ideal for those that need a more personal approach to your training, mindset and nutrition. I will discover safe and effective ways to help you burn fat, feel more energized and accomplish your goals.

  • Personalized training just for you, at your own pace

  • One-on-one attention and accountability

Semi-private Training

 

Personal training in a small group environment (max at 4 people).  Each class is structured with a warm-up, a full body workout, cardio, and a cool-down.

  • More cost effective than personal training

  • Extra boost of encouragement and motivation to workout with like-minded people

Online Training

 

30 or 60 mins long online workout session that helps you stay fit and healthy while shelter in place. Train private, semi-private or group depending on your preference and budget. Monthly check in and reassessment every 4 weeks.

  • Programs are designed based on what equipment you have at home. 

  • Staying connected with friends and family while shelter in place, or meeting new friends.

In-Home Training

 

The gym comes to you!  Exercising in the privacy of your own home, with guidance from your coach.

  • Save time, convenient

  • Great for caregivers with little flexibility to travel
