My boyfriend and I have now been training with Jenn [since Nov ‘19] and we are hooked! Our exercise, eating, and wellness habits have changed significantly, and we look forward to our weekly 6am workouts with Jenn (something I never thought I'd say about any 6am activity). I met Jenn when I decided to start prioritizing my health and strength in my early 40s. As someone who has never considered herself an athlete nor been a fan of working out, I was apprehensive. But I also had goals of things I wanted to be doing and that required me to have better overall health. Jennie worked with me on those general functional goals as well as on my specific goal to backpack and climb Yosemite’s Half Dome. She was patient and supportive while also providing lots of ideas for correction and modification. Most importantly, she encouraged me to try increasingly difficult things and helped turn a lifelong negative mindset about exercise into a much more positive approach. (Not that it’s ever easy!)

Approaching 50 years of age and having lived a sedentary lifestyle since moving to NorCal from New York City five years earlier, I was less than enthusiastic about the journey I would be undertaking. Luckily, I worked with Jenn. Jenn’s demeanor and focus was exactly what I needed to get back into a routine, and I would not be where I am today without her. Jenn’s PE classes are the best! My kids are 6 and 10 years old and love the experience of working out with Jenn in our living room! The exercises are simple enough for the kids to pick up quickly, but physically challenging enough for them to work up a sweat in just a few minutes! Plus, it’s so motivating for the kids to see their friends working out on the computer with them! As an Athletic Trainer and PE teacher, I have high standards for my kids, and Jenn’s classes exceed these! Thanks for the workouts Jenn!

Both of my kids Sofia (7 years old) and Victor (10 years old) really look forward to the workout led by Jenn. They enjoy seeing their friends and feeling connected during shelter in place. Sofia’s favorite exercise is burpees.

Jenn has provided our kids (ages 12, 10 and 7) with workout sessions that are engaging and easy to follow. She keeps the kids motivated and they have fun while they do it. My children, 10 and 7 years old, participated in several of Jenn’s virtual workouts. They enjoyed the interaction, the easy to perform anywhere exercises and flexibility of equipment (“if you don’t have weights, use water bottles”). I liked that Jenn was able to motivate them and she made sure that they had proper form. We can’t wait for our next session!
