4 Simple Steps
1. Consultation

I will design an individualized training program based on what I learned about you, your fitness goals and your movement score.
4. Training and Reassessment
​
We will start training and I will show you how to perform the exercises correctly and safely, keep your accountable as well as the supporting you in physiological needs including nutrition, sleep and stress to help you see results. We will meet and reassess every 4 weeks to discuss new goals and actions steps.
